Our first project of 2025 is now complete. This involved installing 5/8” drywall on the interior walls of the garage and 1/2” drywall in a basement office space, finishing both with standard tape and paint-ready preparation. Here is a small service call for a rental property here in York. The landlord asked if we could repair a leaking toilet and the flooring that was damaged. We removed the old vanity along with the toilet & old sub flooring ( layers of it ). We replaced the subfloor, sealed & leveled all gaps, including waterproof membrane. We then added some new vinyl flooring, new vanity,and rubber trim to match. Followed by coming back to repair the small drywall repairs behind the old vanity. Quality work with the price to match!
