11 Years! That is how long we have been around, its crazy how long that sounds and how fast it has gone. This year we blocked out time to go out and celebrate….but instead take out Mexican as we put the finishing touches on our Latino Grocery plan for a meeting in an hour. Cheers!

"Goofed Off" today with a 6:15 am start and then did a Green Wall install at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church - West Campus. We started working on the addition for the Church in 2013, it was finally dedicated in 2019, but the green wall was put on hold. Excited that we were able to repurpose the material from all of the Chatime's when they rebranded in to Niko Niko Boba and reuse it at MTO!

We have been busy working on the rebranding since this spring, so excited for Jon and Yenni.

The local owners of nine — soon to be 10 — Chatime tea shops are rebranding their boba empire as Niko Niko Boba.

Sometimes Architecture is not fancy or award winning. It's collaboration and detailing to make sure the oven vent hits the hole in the roof when you are shifting things around a 1/2" and have no wiggle room. Intent Built, Inc.
