We price service at a basic rate or a consistant one until sold or rented. We also provide manage of over seeing the rental pproperties while occupied. When doing residential or commercial cleaning we are availible for daily, weekly or monthly cleaning. If and landscaping or Sunday services is needed that must be requested in a 72hr advancement.
