Alittle different kind of post from what I normally share where I’m either showcasing work or advertising here. I would like to send out a big thank you to Matt from M2. Matt is super friendly, super helpful, and I mean overall just a great gentleman. He’s pushed some business my way recommending to a potential client of his to me since I was closer to the property, he stopped in at a job site helped me trim a bush up, and has even asked if I was looking for employees that he had great candidates. Honestly I feel the relationships that we have built and will build should be how we as businesses should act. Yes at the end of the day, that’s my competition. And of course I would like all potential clients to choose myself! But when you can cheer each other on and help support other businesses no matter how small or large, it makes you stand out and shine much much brighter. And people see that! Anyways a bit long and I apologize, but thank you again Matt!

My amazing wife and I worked on our own flower garden this past weekend. I did the initial clean up of the area, she did the final clean up and leveled out the ground. Then she got all the stones we had around the house and built up her wall to cover the side of the porch and the house. I got all her flowers from Mother’s Day planted and covered the area in some mulch. My wife did a few finishing touches like sitting her water catcher where she wanted it and our plan is to add some more garden stones along the driveway to keep the mulch contained.

Working on others’ yards and properties, sometimes our own gets a touch neglected, but teamwork makes the dream work and we’re slowly making our own house just as beautiful!🌱🌷🌻

Friends, family, clients and everyone in between. I am going to do my absolute best to keep my pricing the same for at least another month. If we experience another increase in fuel prices within or before those 30 days (and trust me I hate even having to do it) I have to raise my pricing by minimum 20 dollars per service. I would like to give a basic understanding about the pricing and why. I have fuel both gasoline and diesel in my equipment. My smallest mower holds 2.5 gallon. At 4.99 per gallon it takes 12-15 dollars per tank in that machine alone. Now figure in 2/3 machines going. At one tank of fuel in my smallest machine I can mow approximately 1.5 hours. I work from 7:30 am until around 7:30-9:30 on average everyday. Then comes the diesel. My trucks are diesel. Has the towing and weight to keep trailer and equipment glued to the road I filled up today at 4.34 a gallon and it took shy of 90 for 18 is gallon. I can go roughly 250 miles before next fill up. I have employees that I have to pay hourly for privacy I won’t disclose that information. Then I have bills myself. Commercial insurance both on the equipment and general liability. I carry a 1 million dollar policy so all of my clients and future clients can rest easy knowing if an incident occurs (pray to god it never does) that both their property and I are covered. Plus other bills like life in general. Mans gotta eat!!! 😂 it takes a lot to run and operate even a small business like my own. I too have kids and a wife to support and help out. And I know wages aren’t increasing along with the cost of living. Again someone who runs a small business gets that more than anyone in the room! So be patient with the pricing increases if necessary, I offer payment plans that we can certainly carry over into the winter, and I will always no matter what treat you guys like family because that’s what my business is founded on and will forever stand on!

Just a couple jobs from the last couple days. Both are first round cuts. Again when we say no job to big no job to small we definitely mean it.
