Payments ----- On projects with a materials cost of less than $100 I ask for no payment upfront. All work is completed before request for payment. In some cases not all parts of the bid are completed in one day. I only request payment for the completed parts. I accept the following forms or payment

I am
charged a 2.5% fee and only pass on 2% of the fee. Cash is preferred. Quality guarantee ----- I stand by my work. Quality work is most important to me second to safety. That includes my customers safety. Several times I have finish poorly done be previous Licensed tradesmen. In the event that my work has failed or I suspect a problem you are having could be caused by my work I typically respond within 48 hours with no service charge even if the fault was not from my work. Fair price guarantee ----- I try to be very competitive with my pricing. I typically search for previous bids online for similar jobs. askthehandyman.net and www.homewyse.com are great sources for average job pricing. On average my bid ranges 30% to 50% less than a comparable job and sometimes more. If you have a written bid for less I would love to know about it.
24/7 Service ----- I am a light sleeper. If you need urgent assistance for any reason call me immediately at 209-565-1205 I don't mind a quick phone call at anytime if I can help you. Urgent services calls are $65 plus $35 an hour to hold the problem over until I can return at a better time to finish the job.
