As a general contractor since 2009, we’ve done ALOT of builds.
Many of the homes and commercial builds, additions the size of actual homes and remodels we had a whole crew we trained from the start. We tackled every aspect of the job from working with the homeowner with their plans, organizing all the other speciality contractors for the build, we framed it all, window & door installation, insulation, drywall, texture and paint, roofing, siding, decks, finish carpentry including custom bathroom showers, whole house flooring, backsplashes and whole kitchen installs, building and rocking fireplaces, decks, you name it.
We did it all, from start to finish.
Since selling our business in Nebraska to enjoy the lake life in Stockton, Missouri
we can’t always tackle large builds like we used to since we now work alone, but we get asked quite often by clients and fellow contractors, “When are you going to start general contracting again down here?”
With great working relationships with all the contractors in our area and being asked that so much in fact, we just ran out of reasons to say no.
So here we are, ready to tackle general contracting your jobs, large and small, commercial or residential.
We bring experience in every aspect of home and commercial builds to the table having 15 years of experience doing so both in our hometown (population 9,000) and in our forever home of Stockton.
As a general contractor we guide of homeowner from the home planning stage to surveying the build site, setting up concrete, septic and plumbing, electrical and more to ready for your homes build.
We have extensive knowledge of quality and not so-quality materials and how to show homeowners the difference between the two for various areas in their home so they can make a decision that best suits their needs, desires and budget.
Our ability to read and implement architectural, structural & mechanical blueprints, working with homeowners to communicate areas of segregation within their budget for various aspects of the build, confidence in communicating with homeowners on prep-work and every stage of the build to keep them informed on progress is part of our job as the general contractor.
We work coordinating with contractors at every stage of the build from concrete, septic and plumbing, electrical and more to ensure the build isn’t sitting stagnant but being organized to a smooth completion.
