So I’m waiting for a fed ex delivery and it pulls up and all I hear is a Mexican and White driver and helper saying Ni**er this and Ni**er that as they talk loudly in front of my home! I let them know this is not excepted around me especially while they are providing a customer service

A lot of us have owned a home for a while and with a home comes appliances. Stove Refrigerator,Washer, Dryer etc. These are things we can’t live without let’s face it! We buy new we buy used. What ever our budget. When they brake down we really find out how much the cost to buy or repair has skyrocketed. But we need them. We weigh repair costs versus new. Over the last decade or so like car warranties we are inundated with home warranties. What are home warranties? They promise to take the sticker shock out of your wallet when one of your appliances goes out.They offer a variety of coverage from roof to garbage disposal,refrigerator Are they worth buying? Stay tuned for my professional opinion as a consumer home owner.You may find out that it’s more of a rip off than a peace of mind purchase.
