I built this kitchen and many others 20 + years ago when I was in college. I am very surprised the cabinets are holding up. A few minor adjustments and some paint. I went against my own rule and painted a laminate cabinet. Zinser oil primer after cleaning. Then sprayed pro classic, because I had it. It turned out really well. I actually sprayed the whole kitchen with pro classic satin for easy clean. It is an investment property.

The mold is caused by a crooked Ptrap on shower drain. And I can’t say enough about the compression fittings and the hack job of dicing up the floor joist because it was easy for the plumber. Yes, this is part of my restoration business! Fixing the professionals work.

So called professionals are why I have a business. The mold caused by a plumber that didn’t know how to glue a shower p trap drain. Also reframing the dangerous floor joists the plumber cut out to make his job easier.
