Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Interior and Exterior Painter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on a variety of projects—ranging from single-family homes to commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
•Communicate effectively with clients and team members
•Prepare surfaces for painting (washing, scraping, sanding, patching, priming)
•Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and exterior surfaces
•Operate power tools and equipment (pressure washers, paint sprayers, ladders, etc.)
•Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or masking tape
•Maintain clean, neat and safe workspaces
•Work efficiently as part of a team or independently
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a professional painter (interior and exterior)
•Good communication
•Good and pleasant attitude
•Strong knowledge of painting materials and techniques
•Ability to work at heights and on ladders
•Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
•Good physical condition and stamina
•Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
•Ability to pass a background check (if required)
Preferred:
•Experience with both residential and commercial painting projects
•Knowledge of color mixing, texture application, and specialty finishes
Pay:
•Based upon experience
•Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
•PTO
$20.00 - $30.00 Commensurate with Experience
