✨Preserving History: The original 200-year-old white pine floors were carefully sanded and refinished, bringing back their natural warmth and character.
🚪Welcoming Entrance: A new front door, along with updated casing and baseboards, adds a fresh touch to the home.
🫧Bathroom Upgrade: We created a custom shower with beautiful wall and floor tiles, and installed a stylish vanity with a matching countertop.

🏡✨ Excited to share photos of the custom porch that we completed last week for our client in Stratham, NH—just in time for their Fourth of July party!

🌟This custom front porch features PVC no-maintenance siding, stylish posts and railings, and sleek fascia and soffits. The ceiling is finished with beautiful shiplap eastern white pine, complemented by exterior ceiling fans to keep things cool and bug-free during those warm summer evenings.

To top it all off, we installed a brand new roof and gutter system, making this an ideal spot to relax and entertain, no matter the weather! ☀️

We're thrilled to announce the start of a custom front porch and deck project for a client eager to embrace the beauty of New Hampshire's summers and falls—without the hassle of upkeep.

Our design plans incorporate low-maintenance materials throughout, including PVC trim, railings, and posts, paired with durable Trex decking for a crisp, clean look that will hold up beautifully for years to come.

Once complete, the space will feature ceiling fans and partial screening, creating an inviting spot to relax and entertain, no matter the weather! ☀️

We recently had the pleasure of working with a client in North Hampton, who transformed their garage into a stunning upscale vintage boutique! 🛍️✨

✨ Here’s what we did:

✨Finishing up another project✨
Our client bought their home with all the ceilings having cracks in the drywall and/or with textured ceilings. They asked us to remove the texture and repair the seams. We skim coated after scraping the ceilings, sanded, primed and painted all the ceilings with Sherwin Williams flat white ceiling paint.

Our clients asked us to remove the s**g carpeting from their stairs, remove the plywood treads and risers and replace them with new Red Oak Treads and risers. The floors were squeaking so we removed the smooth framing nails and reinstalled plywood with glue and ring shank nails. The finish was adjusted to match the new prefinished red oak flooring installed by our sister company eastcoastwoodfloors.
Finished with Bona Natural Seal and Bona Traffic HD. All materials supplied by Seacoast Floor Supply in South Hampton NH.

🌟 We’re thrilled to share our latest project!

Our client’s stunning custom-built post and beam barn in Jackson is on its way to becoming a beautiful guest home! 🏡✨ Using native white pine, we built two stairways, installed shiplap on all of the walls, installed solid wood doors with pine trim throughout, and are installing hemlock posts and top railing with wire baluster rails.

We’ve just wrapped up the final touches on three stunning bathroom remodels for our client. 🛁✨

Our client is eagerly anticipating our return this Spring for her kitchen remodel and hardwood floor refinishing. A big shoutout to the amazing team at Eastcoast Wood Floors for their fantastic collaboration.

Another happy client!!! We’ve just completed not one, but THREE stunning bathroom remodels for our valued client! 🚿✨

Our team expertly handled drywall removal and replacement, along with the installation of new plumbing fixtures, sinks, vanities, toilets, low-profile shower pans, and solid surface walls.

To top it off, we’ve laid down beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, provided by our friends at Eastcoast Wood Floors

✨While prepping our client’s home for new cedar shakes, we found severely rotted exterior sheathing. Our team replaced it with ZIP System Wall Sheathing along with all new PVC trim. 🌟All windows were replaced with Andersen 400 series Woodwrights. Cedar shake installation begins this week!💫
