A garage remodel project was completed for this customer. Insulation was installed on the walls and ceiling. Sheetrock was installed on the walls and ceiling, then it was finished and primed. Wainscotting panels were installed on the walls. Jambs and casing were installed on all the windows and the door. Chair rail and baseboard moulding was installed on the wainscotting panels. This customer's deck was not doing well. Beneath the composite surface was a very poorly constructed structure that was nailed together; not a screw, carriage bolt, dado, joist hanger, or bracket of any kind was used to fasten things together, only nails. The deck surface was temporarily removed. The extra posts that came up through the deck surface for unknown reasons were removed entirely. The structure was jacked back into place as necessary. All boards with signs of rot were removed and replaced. Joist hangers were added to both ends of all the joists. Extra support posts were added beneath the surface and properly bolted to the structure. Damaged composite surface planks were replaced, and the surface was reinstalled. A bedroom remodel project was completed for this customer. Surface damage on the walls, ceilings, and existing moulding was repaired. A stomp brush texture was applied to the ceiling. A board and batten style accent was applied to the lower portion of all walls. A display shelf was installed above the bed's headboard location. The customer applied the texture to the walls above the board and batten accent. The room was primed and painted. This customer wanted a complete kitchen remodel. Existing flooring, cabinets, bulkheads, and plumbing fixtures were removed. Where necessary, existing wall and ceiling surfaces were removed. Where necessary, new sheetrock was installed on the ceiling and walls and finished. New hardwood flooring was installed and finished. New custom cabinets were installed. New plumbing fixtures were installed. Some lighting locations were altered and some new lighting fixtures were installed. A custom range hood was installed. Brick veneer was installed on the support column. Where necessary, mouldings were altered, removed, or replaced. The walls, ceilings, and trim were primed and painted. A new exterior door was installed. A new storm door was installed. The countertops were installed by a third party. This deck had a moisture issue due to water collecting under the structure. The wood that had been damaged by dry rot was replaced with new material. A flooring installation project was completed for Diana P of Hubbard, Ohio in April of 2025. After cleaning the sub-flooring with a grinder to remove staples and other debris, new LVP flooring was installed along with new shoe moulding.
