About to finish another bathroom. Here’s 1 option for fully waterproofing a tub shower that we at top shelf take seriously. If your contractor says “that’s not necessary” or “ it’s a waste of money” then get another contractor. Waterproof your showers!

This was a nice laundry room/bathroom remodel. We stacked the washer and dryer and surrounded them with cabinetry. Installed a beautiful diamond pattern floor tile and changed the bathroom vanity and toilet. Lastly we added a 2 panel shaker door and 15 lite glass door!

This was a nice great room transformation. It started out as an old theater room that really needed an update.. We removed all the flooring and installed some nice waterproof vinyl plank. Then custom-made built-ins and a shiplap fireplace wall from scratch. Also built some cabinets to fit a little bar area with a mini fridge and a really sharp looking flamed Granite for the top. I’m really liking the style lately of painting everything the same color but just different finishes.  Also made some raw oak thick shelving to finish off this now usable family room.

We have another bathroom remodel! This was a three-piece bath that we actually changed to a half bath. We removed the shower because the customer did not need it. We added a functional closet for organization. The floor was completely rotted so we changed the whole subfloor, installed a mud job with beautiful wood look Tile.  We finished it off with some classic vertical shiplap wall paneling.

Here we have a mudroom/bathroom remodel. This house was built in the early 1900’s so old houses always have their own set of problems. We found some original k**b and tubing wiring which had to go. The walls on the floor were all off level so we had to adjust for that in the end, we transformed the space into a functional area for a busy family. We added radiant heat in the floor, and we also moved the washer and dryer from the basement into the closet upstairs for convenience.

Another great little kitchen remodel. As usual we fully gut the space and level the ceiling and any walls as needed. This one got a different layout to work better for the customer. We have another set of basement built ins! We started with an awkward space and transformed it into a useful storage area for a busy family with 2 kids. Everything was custom made on sight for the space and the customers needs. It was all done in shaker style and painted white. We bridged the 2 left cabinets with 2 oak shelves and lighting underneath. A bench on the right finished off this beautiful transformation. We also boxed the raw metal columns with a shaker style detail and cleaned up the staircase trim and added an oak handrail. Call us for your custom built ins today!
