A lakefront property mid-transformation.

Retaining walls installed, grading complete, the land shaped to work with the water instead of fighting it. This is what it looks like when a project is planned around the property — not just dropped on top of it.

An outdoor kitchen starts long before the grill goes in.

Every paver placed precisely, level checked, foundation built to handle the weight and the weather for years to come. This is the craftsmanship underneath the finished product that most people never think about.

If you're thinking about adding an outdoor kitchen or living space to your property, our free guide walks through what a quality project should include. Comment GUIDE and we'll send it over.

A double retaining wall system — sod on the upper level, mulched and planted on the lower.

This is how you turn a steep, unmanageable slope into a structured outdoor space that controls erosion, manages water runoff, and looks like it was always meant to be there.

If you're thinking about what plants would work in a space like this — or in your yard specifically — our free Plant Assessment tells you exactly what thrives in North Georgia conditions.

Grading is one of the most critical — and most overlooked — parts of any landscaping project.

What you're watching is a retaining wall going up while the grade is being shaped around it. This is what determines how water moves across the property, whether the yard is actually usable, and whether everything built on top holds up over time.

This is the work that happens before it looks like anything. And it's the work that makes everything else last.

The moment a backyard becomes somewhere you actually want to spend time.

This custom round fire pit was designed and built by our team — beautiful pavers, built to last, and planned as part of a larger outdoor living space that works together as one cohesive design.

Before a single paver goes down, the base has to be perfect.

Rock leveled to the right depth, right grade, right compaction — all of it done by hand before anything goes on top. This is the work that determines whether a paver project holds up for decades or starts failing in the first few seasons.

A retaining wall is only as strong as its foundation — and the foundation starts here.

Every brick leveled individually. Every course set correctly before the next one goes down. This is the step that most people never see and that determines whether a wall holds up for decades or starts failing in a few seasons.

We don't rush this part. Ever.

This one speaks for itself.

Flagstone walkway, slate gravel beds, covered outdoor living space — all designed around the property and the beautiful view it already had.

This is the kind of project that starts with understanding the land before anything else. What's the natural flow? Where does water go? How does someone actually move through this space?

Get those answers right and everything else falls into place.

Three plants we're working with right now that don't get nearly enough attention.

Autumn Rocket Camellia — upright, narrow growth habit, white blooms in the fall. Perfect for tight spaces where you need height without a lot of spread.

Deodar Cedar — large, stately evergreen with great foliage. The kind of plant that anchors a yard and looks good year round.

Goshiki Osmanthus — variegated leaf, grows into a beautiful hedge, and deer won't touch it. If you haven't seen this one before, you're not alone — it's underused and we love it.

Plant selection is one of the most overlooked parts of a landscaping project. The right plant in the right spot makes all the difference long term.

Loropetalum, Abelia, dwarf and standard Camellias, and some 30-gallon Sasanqua 'Pink Snow' that are absolutely stunning in person.

These aren't plants we grabbed off a truck. They're varieties we know, trust, and have installed successfully across North Metro Atlanta properties for over 30 years. When we show up to a job, we're bringing plants we'd put in our own yards.

That's a different standard — and it shows in how projects hold up long term.
