This existing home was originally scheduled for demolition. However, due to its historic significance, the developer chose to preserve and work with the existing structure. The new addition has been designed to match the scale, proportions, and architectural details of the original home. Most of the interior will be newly constructed, with the exception of the living room and the exterior façade, which will remain intact. Once completed, the home will feature five bedrooms, a kitchen/family room addition, a reconfigured first floor, and a finished basement. The second floor will be redesigned to include a new master suite and three additional bedrooms. The attic will be transformed into an entertainment area and a second office. Additionally, the exterior will be restored and expanded to reflect the home's original 1920s architectural style.
