We are looking for another employee for our crew-Concrete Coatings Installer / Construction Laborer (seattle)
We're looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our growing concrete coatings team. We specialize in epoxy and other protective concrete coating systems for residential and commercial projects.
This is physically demanding work that requires long hours at times, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning a skilled trade, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to hear from you. This is construction not a desk Job if you can't handle people yelling or getting mad don't respond to this.
What You'll Do:
Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and repairs
Apply epoxy and specialty concrete coating systems
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
Previous concrete coating experience is a plus, but not required
General construction experience preferred
Painting experience is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Motivated to grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
REAL ID (required for air travel)
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel when necessary
