We would like to offer all our customers a routine inspection and/or our maintenance service to ensure your hurricane shutters are in top working conditions.
Whether you hire a hurricane shutter expert to inspect your shutters or do it yourself it's ideally that you should have your hurricane shutters inspected & maintained annually.
It's important to give the shutters a close visual inspection and make note of any cosmetic damage.
Our Inspection Includes:
• Making sure they open and close all the way.
• Nothing is visibly broken
• They move smoothly.
• Making sure no debris is blocking their path of movement.
And
Our Maintenance Service Includes:
• Cleaning shutters with mild soap, water, and a clean cloth or soft brush. (Try not to use any abrasive cleaners)
• Lubricate any gears, tracks, or locks. (It's best to do this at least twice a year)
• Operate the shutters at least once to make they are working properly.
(Operating shutters at least once a month helps keep them running smoothly)
The most common hurricane shutter repairs are failing motors, broken hand cranks, missing or broken slats, or dents. So whenever your shutters have issues that need repairing, it’s important to call Hurricane Shutter Maintenance LLC right away to get them fixed as soon as possible.
Please contact us at anytime for more information or to schedule a time for you.
