During the design process, it was decided that while the maple cabinetry had grown tired, it was still in good shape. The granite countertop, on the other hand, had paint spills that had seeped into the pores, the surface was chipped in several areas, and the coloring was not what our client preferred. We determined that to help provide the budget for bathroom remodeling, the cabinets would be painted instead of removed and would be accessorized.
The kitchen was updated by painting cabinets, adding new hardware and installing new Cambria quartz tops, along with functional upgrades to access corner cabinets.

A quiet, constant operation bath fan by Panasonic was installed to keep the home healthy, smelling pleasant, and feeling good. This bathroom renovation included a design with a serene and chic feel to it and a soft gray wall color to result in a beautiful, economical solution.
