Mark brings more than 18 years of experience in the landscape industry to his role as Maintenance Account Manager at 1st Impressions. Over the course of his career, he has worked directly with homeowners and commercial property owners on everything from landscape design and installation to ongoing maintenance, crew leadership, and commercial snow and ice management. Mark's approach starts with listening. He takes a consultative approach with every property he manages — understanding a customer's goals and concerns first, then bringing his design and operations background to recommend practical, long-term solutions.
Outside of work, Mark's connection to the outdoors runs deep — he enjoys gardening, hiking, fishing, and tackling his own outdoor projects at home, along with spending time with his family. That same appreciation for well-cared-for outdoor spaces is what he brings to every property he manages for our customers.
