Meet the Team!
When you read our social media posts, whose voice do you hear? Can you put a face to it? If you’ve visited our retail storefront in the past year, you’ve likely met the dynamic duo behind the magic!
Meet Jada and Avery, two of our incredible Customer Service Representatives! Jada and Avery both work the register in the store, answer the phones, coordinate deliveries, and support the setup of the sales pad and The Barn (Building B). In addition to their regular job duties, Jada has taken the lead with our Facebook and Instagram posts, while Avery leads the charge on TikTok.
Jada has been with us for a year now and has become an essential part of the team as she supports our Retail Manager, Cory, with a wide variety of functions. Jada’s passion for plants came from her grandmother, who took great care in growing flowers and vegetables both indoor and out. When not at work, Jada is most likely at a horse show with her family. Having shown horses her entire life, Jada has won numerous titles in the equine industry!
Avery has been part of the team for 2.5 years and has become a familiar face at the front desk and around the garden center. Away from the counter, Avery assists our horticulturalist, Tracy, with plant care in the greenhouses and on the sales pad. Her favorite plant is the lantana because of its bright colors and ability to thrive in the summer heat. Outside of work, Avery enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors, taking in fresh air and nature wherever she can!
