For any customers who are experiencing an issue with Wi-Fi setup that involves the clock saying "Incorrect Password," this is a bug that we are working on. If you have this issue, make sure to unplug and replug your Wi-Fi router before setup. Turn off Bluetooth and turn on Airplane Mode on your device, and when the Reason Home asks for Bluetooth access, tap close, and then continue with the setup process by following the instructions on the screen.

What's New With Reason ONE - We've been rolling out changes to the iOS app and clock firmware over the past couple of months. These changes were needed to fix bugs and simplify the clock setup process.

The latest iOS app version is 1.0.104 and the latest firmware version is 3.4.6_0057. Please update both if you haven't done so already.
