A couple weeks ago we attended the Lake West Chamber business expo at Lake West Christian Academy and we could not have been more thrilled with the turn out!🤩 We had some beautiful electric fireplaces on display and an electric log set in an old stove from the 70s that everyone loved!🔥 We gave out tons of cards and brochures and met so many wonderful people. We could not be more excited to start this journey as members of the Lake West Chamber!😊

This customer called with concerns of a high heat occurrence. They were right to call! After a thorough inspection we discovered the chimney had been through a high heat occurrence, or a chimney fire.🔥 We found signs of expanded creosote present within firebox and chimney system as well as heat warpage and heat staining present within interior chimney system. This can mean that the chimney may no longer withstand heat as originally designed.🚫 We took action and got the customer set up with a new chimney system where there had been damage present. Now they are rocking and rollin with a chimney system that is ready to take eon the next winter season!💪🏼🤩

Dr. Soot and the team will be headed off to Kansas City for the National Chimney Sweep Guild annual convention & trade show!🤩 We will be attending classes, furthering our education and furthering our knowledge of the chimney industry. We are dedicated to providing the best service possible by keeping up with the latest products and education the industry has to offer!💪🏼 We will be looking at the latest products, gaining more insight on what the industry has to offer and soaking up as much knowledge as possible to serve our community! We will be out of office starting Wednesday, February 25th, and will return on Monday, March 2nd. Phone calls & emails will be periodically checked throughout this time. If we have not gotten back with you yet, rest assured we will be back to normal operations and returning correspondences on Monday, March 2nd.
