This is what could happen when you hire unlicensed contractor. The tile in the shower areas has to have minimum of 95% thin-set coverage and cement board instead of reusing existing Sheetrock. This could have turned out really bad for the client if the shower would have been finished without us having a chance to inspect it for them.
