This contract was awarded to us courtesy of a recommendation from a past client who works as an interior designer, and we are thrilled with the opportunity. The attached photos depict our work in the dining room and kitchen, but our services also extended to the laundry room, garden room, and mud room. The next phase of the project will involve the sun room, stairwell, office, guest bedroom, parlor, and guest bathroom, with the possibility of an exterior project in the spring.🤓

A simple conversation on the trails in Blue Hill a few years back turned into a valuable business connection, and we've been grateful for the opportunity to work with this client ever since. We began with some siding replacement three years ago, followed by nearly half of their interior painting two years ago, and last year they chose us for a full exterior stain job this year. They were so pleased with our work that they've already booked us for next year! With a change in ownership, we are delighted to continue our tradition of providing exceptional painting services for this stunning oceanfront property. This particular property, serving as a summer home and winterized, presented several challenges that our team successfully overcame to achieve these results. From the kitchen to the bedrooms, our skilled team meticulously restored this interior by scraping down and sanding back all loose paint, caulking all gaps, and applying multiple coats of paint throughout, all while maintaining budgetary constraints the best we could. The ceilings, walls, and trim in every room have been thoroughly addressed, and we also included the doors in the scope of work at no additional cost.

We have successfully finalized a major winter project in this charming Oceanside 3 bedroom 3 bath home, paving the way for our spring lineup. This project involved rectifying extensive smoke damage to all walls and ceilings, resulting from a furnace malfunction over the past few years. We sanded, cleaned, and spot-primed the damaged areas, finishing with two coats of premium paint from our partners at Sherwin-Williams. Everyone, from the homeowner to the property managers, are pleased with our work and have even decided to add additional work to the guest house.

A recent project involved a comprehensive renovation of a stairwell and bathroom. We successfully remediated all mold, applied a stain and mildew-blocking primer, scraped and sanded loose paint, removed old treads, and applied two coats of paint to walls, ceilings, treads, risers, doors, and trim. Additionally, we scrubbed down existing washbasins and toilets. We also did some plaster repairs at no additional cost.
