30 Years!!!

What an incredible journey it has been! It's amazing to reflect on how far I've come since learning to interpret a tape measure with my Father's guidance. Cutting boards together was just the beginning. Over the years, I've accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise. The true reward is connecting with people and bringing their dreams to life. Our crew is rolling even with the complexity of the repairs!

It's going to be a brand new Grand! With Monath Construction we are committed to rebuilding the Grand to make it a safe and sound structure. The new systems will bring down energy costs and increase comfort for
our staff and diners. We will also see to the Art Deco esthetic, beauty and character of the Grand. ❤
