One of our favorite days of the year is almost here, and District V House is ready for FALL! 🤎

Join us Saturday, September 12 from 10–3 for our Fall Open House! The shop will be packed with beautiful new fall arrivals, vintage finds, furniture, seasonal décor, one-of-a-kind pieces and all the cozy fall inspiration. 🍁

And because shopping is always better with a drink in hand… 20 Hudson Street Beverage Trailer will be here! 🥂🍺 Come sip, shop, wander through the store and celebrate the start of our favorite season with us.

Our vendors have been busy bringing in SO much good stuff, and this is the perfect day to see everything fresh for fall.

And we’re going to respectfully disagree. 🤍

One of the things we’re actually MOST proud of at District V House is that we have something for just about every price point.

You can walk in and find a little vintage treasure, a candle, a seasonal piece or a gift for under $20 — and you can also find a one-of-a-kind antique, handcrafted piece, original art or beautiful piece of furniture that’s an investment.

That’s the beauty of a collective like ours.

We have dozens of vendors sourcing, creating, refinishing, picking and curating their own merchandise. Some pieces are new. Some are old. Some are handmade. Some have been around for 100 years. And they’re not all supposed to cost the same.

Are we trying to compete with big-box, mass-produced pricing? Nope.

We’re small batch. Small business. Local makers. Antique dealers. Artists. Pickers. Creators. And people who spend a whole lot of time finding things you probably aren’t going to see everywhere else.

But that DOESN’T mean you need a big budget to shop here.

Come in with $10. Come in with $50. Come looking for a $500 statement piece.

There’s something here for you.
