Another beautiful single-family home designed for Chafin Communities - The Noble Plan

The approach to this ranch home is so inviting with the large porch complete with cedar columns and detailing. The monochromatic exterior has interest in material variation with its use of brick and b&b siding.

The kitchen and family room area is anchored by the ten foot long island. The breakfast room is filled with light with the three sides of windows. The primary suite features a wall of windows.

Upstairs the is the last guest bedroom suite and a huge loft. All tucked under the main roof making it the perfect "pop top".

A beautiful home designed for one of our amazing clients. Chafin Communities

Entering through the double front doors, you see past the formal dining room, through the open railing stair, all the way to the rear of the home.

The family room, breakfast, and kitchen all flow together. The family room is defined by a coffered ceiling and anchored be a stone fireplace.

Upstairs there is a raised loft area, three guest rooms and the primary suite. The primary suite is enormous and perfect to have a retreat area. The primary closet is accessed through the bathroom with its two person shower and eight foot vanity.

The dramatic vaulted family room has an 18’ wide sliding glass door to the covered patio with wood burning fireplace. The primary suite is on the first level while the remaining 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second.

IBS is the largest residential construction show in the country, bringing together builders, architects, and manufacturers to showcase the newest products and innovations in home design.

We explored new materials, building trends, and design ideas that help us continue creating homes that builders and buyers love.
