Made my favorite cookies that my grandma used to make. They are sugar cookies with raspberry or strawberry jam inside. She would sprinkle colored sugar on the top but I added buttercream. So good!!!!

The carrot cake that Rachel and I made for a customer for Easter. I fractured my wrist on St.Patricks Day and I was not going to let my customer down and cancel her order so I gave Rachel a crash course on cake decorating and she made this cake from start to finish, with my supervision and limited help. To say I'm proud of her would be an understatement!!
