This one turned out amazing! Glass railings maintain the view of the lake and a widened dock makes their grandkids so much more comfortable going in and out of the boat. A ceiling under the deck drains rain from above into an existing downspout to further extend this outdoor living space. 😍

This decking is not rated for this stringer span. If there is ever a problem with this “life long” decking in the future, they won’t honor the warranty because of this. ☹️ (arrows show the places where additional stringers should be, the circle is just huh, who framed this post structure?) NOTHING IS CORRECT HERE! 😩

The bottom pic is how we build stairs, they are 8” narrower and still have 2 more stringers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
