🚫❄️ A “frostproof” hose bib installed by a handyman was anything but professional.
Sure, it dispensed water — but it also trapped it inside the assembly. That trapped water can freeze, crack the vacuum breaker, and cause serious winter damage.

We also cleaned up the SharkBite mess Handy Andy left behind and made it right — the Aqueduct way. 💧

We were originally called out for a leak in the braided supply line for the kitchen pull-out sprayer, but what started as a simple repair turned into a full upgrade!

We removed an old, worn-out white faucet and replaced it with a modern matte black, high-arc kitchen faucet — instantly changing the look and feel of the entire kitchen. Sleek design, better reach, and smoother performance all in one.

While on site, we also corrected the dishwasher discharge air-gap loop, which was improperly installed.
💡 Why it matters: A proper air-gap (or high-loop) prevents dirty sink or disposal water from siphoning back into your dishwasher — keeping your plumbing safe and your dishes truly clean.

🚰 Homeowners, be careful where you buy your plumbing fixtures!
Retailers like Wayfair, Overstock, and IKEA sometimes sell products with parts that aren’t up to plumbing code.

Take this example: the sink came with a bottle trap that and was installed to discharge directly into a P-trap — something that wouldn’t pass inspection in the United States.
