Our beautiful Sara with her almost 10 month old precious twins! Isn’t it ironic, just when your body is demanding you start to slow down, you simultaneously realize time is racing by… reminding us all, to find joy in the small things and love where you are, right now, right here. A few pics of my past week: Sara & babes, the view from my friend’s backyard pool, a shot through my car window of our street in Mt. Airy, my first visit from a butterfly this season, and the side entrance into the home of the two people that hold my heart and soul. ❤️

Good morning, friends. Look what I just got - a retro green nostalgic-looking percolator! Isn’t she cute? I’ve never had or used a percolator before. With all the talk lately about how bad microplastics are, I’ve been looking at my automatic drip, hard-to-clean machine with loathing eyes. When I started looking into plastic-free stainless steel and glass machines, the cost was between $400-$500. Before I take that plunge, I thought I’d give this inexpensive, old-school method a try. What about you? Are you a coffee lover? What are you using to brew that perfect cup? What brand of coffee and what type of gadget or machine are you using or would you recommend? Inquiring minds want to know.

It is always such a pleasure to work on one of Ellen Virden’s designs. I love how she incorporated and reimagined the existing large vanity instead of replacing it. This remodel is still underway though our contribution is completed. Can’t wait to see the full transformation once everything is done.
