Took out a rotten board and replaced it. Same project from over the weekend where I fixed an over 3in sag in the 2nd story deck. And fixed the structure of it.

We cut our own stringers and sand the edges down on the steps. I have a 1 inch over hang also on the steps.

This one turned into a long day. Had to restructure the 2nd story deck. It had a 3in sag in it. Put a beam where the fail point was. Replaced two stringers so I could do the back porch steps. Also did some dry wall and moved a fancy receptacle/light switch bc it was a combo. Also did a nice light fixture swap out. No job is never to small or to big. Bc as you see this small job turned into a very big one always remember call Porter Do It All, LLC for all your basic and strenuous needs
