Mini Chocolate Cookie Balls 🍪🍫
These little cookie bites have a soft chocolate-chip center and a smooth milk chocolate shell underneath. They look impressive, but the same mini mold does most of the work!
Ingredients:
100g softened butter
130g brown vergeoise sugar or soft brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
230g all-purpose flour
100g dark chocolate chips
100g milk chocolate chips
About 200g milk chocolate, melted
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cream the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
Gradually fold in the flour until a thick cookie dough forms. Add both kinds of chocolate chips and fold until evenly distributed.
Roll the dough into very small, equal balls. Place one ball inside each cavity of a mini silicone half-sphere mold and press lightly.
Bake for 13 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool, then carefully remove them from the mold.
Wash and dry the mold completely. Spoon a little melted milk chocolate into each cavity without filling it to the top. Place a baked cookie over the chocolate and press gently.
Freeze until the chocolate shells are completely firm, then carefully unmold.
Keep them refrigerated in an airtight container so the chocolate stays firm. Would you try these with milk chocolate or dark chocolate shells?
