Had the carpet removed out of 3 bedrooms and the living room. The bathroom floor was damaged underneath the tile, so I gutted down to the joists then added subfloor. Ran vinyl plank flooring through out the house and painted the bathroom.

Ok I can’t wait any longer. As I always say, I like to wait for the job is completed before I drop pictures. Started this rehab the beginning of April as I jumped around to satisfy other clients. It was from a flood. To much to state everything I did but it’s a lot. Waiting for the countertops to come so I can do the backsplash and touch ups.

Had to do some modifications plus had to wait a month for the unit to come in .

Added gutters. All jobs means the same to me. Rather large or small. Got to keep it moving

Started this project the week before Xmas. Was told that they wasn’t in a hurry that if I had any other jobs to do them then come when I can. So finally got it finished today. Thanks Anthony Gaines for the referral.
