This particular room, which I believe is intended for a wine room, was only partially renovated, with the installation of ceramic tile being the primary focus. Good day, everyone. This time, I would like to showcase a small roofing project in Tacoma. The homeowner reached out to us because the initial contractors were unable to complete the job. I did not inquire about the reasons behind their inability to finish, as the homeowner's primary concern was to find a solution to complete the roofing project. Upon inspecting the roof, I advised the homeowner that replacing the old boots was necessary to ensure a watertight seal. Although the homeowner declined to replace the boots, I emphasized that without doing so, we could not guarantee the roof's integrity in that section. Nevertheless, we were able to complete the remaining work on the roof. Unfortunately, I am not aware of the circumstances surrounding the previous contractor's inability to finish the project.
