Tahoe Tree Company is a retail nursery, providing hundreds of varieties of plants and trees proven to thrive in the unique Tahoe environment. Tucked in behind the Tahoe Maritime Museum, on the corner of Granlibakken and Highway 89, this family run business was begun in 1954 by Dave McBride and his wife, Katherine; its acres of trees and shrubs are enticingly visible from the highway. Stop by for seasoned landscaping advice, garden gifts, supplies and colorful pottery!

We're right there with you, fully immersed in our outdoor plants at the moment. With weather this gorgeous—how could we not be? 🌞

That said, we wanted to remind you that summer is also peak growing season for your indoor plants. Make sure you're keeping up with watering, and consider adding a fertilizer to your care regimen (if you need help selecting one—you know where to find us 🙋‍♀️).

Join us for a FREE, hands-on planting experience put on in partnership with our friends at Kellogg. Create colorful pots and baskets for your home with help from the pros.

Here's how to participate:
➡️ Purchase plant material from Tahoe Tree Company
➡️ Purchase up to 3 pots (each up to 20' in diameter) or bring up to 3 of your own (same size limit)
➡️ Our friends from Kellogg will plant them for you using G&B Organic Potting Soil and G&B Organic Fertilizers
