As hurricane Helene approaches our area we have made preparations to be available to all of our customers in need of service tomorrow once it has been deemed safe. We want to remind people that if you do not have power you will not have water from your well once the pressure is gone from the water tank.
There is also likely damage to well components from down trees or limbs that could result in no water to the house. If this happens please turn off breaker to well and give us a call.
🔴We are expecting a high call volume tomorrow so please leave a voicemail if your call is not answered and we will return your call as soon as we are able.

With freezing temperatures coming for us it is important to have your well prepared. Any exposed PVC would benefit from being insulated, but the 1/4” galvanized ni**le under the pressure switch is usually what freezes due to it being so small and always having water in it. If it freezes, then it will not allow to switch to turn the pump on when demand is needed.
It is always recommended to run a sprinkler in the yard somewhere to keep water flowing through lines to help them not to freeze (plus you have a nice ice show for the kids to play in later 😊).

for this customer today. We replaced the tank due to a developing hole. All of the filter systems there were not in operating order and customer wanted an updated system. After testing the water and knowing what the customer wanted we were able to update with just one of our iron filters.

Position Available: Service Technician (Full Time)

Duties: Learning about and how to repair water well pumps. This job requires the ability to learn and handle electrical work, plumbing, and well pump components. Will be working outside in all weather conditions throughout the year.

Description: This is a labor intensive job that requires someone dedicated to working and working hard. There will be a lot of stuff to learn that is only done with on the job training. There is opportunity for over-time eventually once able to work service calls by yourself.

Requirements:
- 18 years old or older
-Must have a valid driver's license and bring DMV history report with you.
-Positive attitude and the will to learn new trade.
