The community center at the new Leon County Northeast Park is underway! This building will be a centrally focused landmark of the new park, supporting visitor experience and new amenity operations. The center will be a supportive space equipped with a large community room for events and gatherings, community engagement and more.

Continental Strategy’s new downtown office is almost complete!

As construction wraps up, our design team has been revisiting some of the early finish palettes and material studies that helped shape the design of this space. These preliminary concepts are an important part of the design process, allowing us to explore ideas, test combinations, and refine the overall vision as the project develops.

While not every idea makes it all the way to installation, each plays a role in informing and directing the creative process.
