We are officially "The Real Housedoctors Of Leon County" woohoo we are back in business! Our insurance policy is a million to two million general aggregate with affiliated insurance. Just replaced old tub and vanity with new ones then cleaned and painted making bathroom look new. The new tub was 4 inches taller and an inch shorter so nothing lined up. Had to re plum everything. Had to cut the old tub in half to get it out or we would have to remove alot more tile on the end wall and didnt want to do that. And had to do a big drywall patch behind toilet that was rotted and just crumbled. I used alot of my materials so i wouldnt have to go back to lowes to get stuff like drywall, mud, tape, screws, wonder board, 2 hoses for bath sink cuz apparently someone stole them from garbage pile out front. Had to buy saw blades and a few plumbing parts too. Anyways it took longer than usual but was fun and came out nice!!

This is a work in progress. Almost done with this complete remodel. Just got trim, countertops and bathroom vanity and some punch out stuff and its done. Its looking really good! Here are some during and after pics. I will post the before pics on the next post.

Did this vessel sink tiled vanity and back splash plus tiled the base with tile and rope. Forgot to get a pic of base.
