Small subfloor repair in this kitchen and knee wall install, while we were there we noticed a sagging ceiling , turns out the demo crew that blew through here took out a load bearing wall and left it like nothing happened, no problem, we popped a 12” beam in there and secured that load.

Beautiful hardie board job we just finished up ! Cedar shutters made by us as well ! Soft sage on the walls and Dover white on the trim, made for one beautiful job! Every job has its hiccups but we are there until the very end for our customers! I hope everyone has a blessed weekend!!

We take our prep work very seriously to protect our customer homes ! We use HEPA equipment and fans to keep the dust down ! We seal every door and run dust collectors behind most of our tools! DO NOT HIRE A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE!!! I see it time and time again! Guys commit to the job, accidents happen and you are left on the hook for the cost of repairs/hiring a new contractor for the job!

NOT everything requires a license to do, BUT EVERYTHING REQUIRES INSURANCE !!! if the company you hired isn’t dedicated enough to have insurance? Will they be fully dedicated to the job at hand? Absolutely not! It costs money to make money and protect the customer!
