I will probably catch some hate for this.
A friend called me last week and said his mom who is in her 70s had a guy quote her to wash her house for $550 and clean her gutters out for $300. Luckily my friend called me because he knew that was ridiculous. Unfortunately his mom's neighbor let the guy wash and clean his gutters out for that price.
Tallahassee neighbors, if you live in less than a 2000 square foot house the most you should ever pay to get washed is $200. Of course if you add things like roof, drive and patios it might add some to the cost. Even then, I do this house, drive and patio for $300 or less all day. I am trying to inform other people so they dont get scammed.

It has now become my mission in life to tell everyone in the world that Angies list and Home Advisor pros is nothing but a massive scame of a company. Don't use them as a homeowner and definitely never ever use them as a business.
