Today's project is strawberry top syrup. These beautiful strawberries that I'm stocking in the freezer gave me these fabulous tops! Instead of giving them to the chickens (which they love as a treat) I made into strawberry drink syrup for adding into summer libations or mocktails!

Don't worry the chickens got scratch grains instead for a treat!

Tomorrow (6/13) is Bake dayyy! For once I have my menu ready before the day of so without further adieu tomorrow I will have the following avaliable in BOTH the farmstand and at The Tama Pump

- cinnamon roll bread
- lemon blueberry bread with a citrus glaze
- Banana bread
- banana nut
- banana chocolate chip bread
- cherry bars
- mini strawberry rhubarb pies
- chocolate chip cookies
-oatmeal butterscotch cookies

The first produce will be in the stand tomorrow, 6/13! Farm fresh kholrabi grown from seed right here on the farm! (My favorite way to eat them is peeled, cut into slices, and used to shovel AE party dip into my mouth) I have a huge restock day planned as well to top off some jams that are low or out of stock! It's going to be a busy weekend on the homestead follow along to see what we get done!
