Two years ago, we cleaned and sealed this pool deck for Ron. Today, we’re back as part of our maintenance program to clean the surface, replace the joint sand, and apply a fresh flood coat of sealer.

Did you know? One of the most overlooked parts of a paver restoration project is the joint sand level.

Too much sand sitting on top of the pavers can create a messy appearance and lead to washout issues. Too little sand leaves the joints vulnerable to w**ds, insects, erosion, and paver movement over time.

✅ The ideal joint sand height is typically 1/8” to 1/4” below the surface of the paver.
