Close call in Land O' Lakes!😳⬇️

We were recently out at a home off Highway 54 in Pasco County to check on some pendant lights hanging over a kitchen island. What we found behind the ceiling? Total disintegration.

Two out of the three electrical boxes holding those lights up had completely crumbled. Thankfully, the fixtures themselves weren't too heavy, and we caught the issue before they could actually fall and damage the island—or worse, land on someone!
We went ahead and upgraded all three to sturdy metal boxes so this homeowner can cook and gather around their island with total peace of mind.💡🛠️

Did you know that radon gas can actually eat away at your electrical panel, turning the copper wires black and making them look ""furry"" or burnt? Even in homes less than 10 years old, this hidden gas can cause massive damage. If you open your breaker box and see this, close it immediately and call a professional!
