Periwinkle kissed in Florida sun.
Alabaster trimming every edge like lace on a cigar bar dress.
And that Haint Blue ceiling… calm, clean, sultry.

This one isn’t just painted — it’s dressed.

That periwinkle shifts all day long. Morning light makes it soft and romantic. Midday sun pulls out the coastal confidence. By night, under warm porch glow, it settles into something rich and almost smokey.

Alabaster sharpens every window and fascia line like pressed linen against aged brick.

And that Haint Blue overhead?
Old-world Southern tradition. Meant to cool the porch, calm the spirits, and stretch out those late-night conversations that only Ybor knows how to hold.

And then… the black iron.

We restored and refinished the decorative filigree metalwork on the porch — every scroll, every curve — bringing it back to a rich satin black. The ornamental iron window guards (because “burglar bars” just doesn’t do them justice) now frame the home like vintage jewelry.

That contrast?
Soft periwinkle against bold black iron.
Sweet meets strong. Classic meets dangerous.

We didn’t just spray and walk away.
Full prep. Scraped and smoothed.
Oil prime over all raw wood.
Peel bond Primer on every surface for under armor and restorative measures.
Two full top coats.
Hand-cut trim.
Back-brushed everywhere for depth and durability.

Because historic soul deserves respect.

She’s sweet. She’s strong. She’s got stories in her bones.

On this home, we handled the black package — window trim, door trim, drip edge, and architectural accents.

That contrast is what makes the white siding feel brighter.
What makes the natural wood door stand out.

From weather-beaten to wowowowow! 😍

This 6-week bungalow restoration wasn’t just a paint job — it was a full love affair with craftsmanship.

We torched🔥 scraped, sanded💪🏼 and replaced termite-ravaged siding until she was bare and honest again. Then came the marathon:
🖤 1x oil primer (the old-school anchor)
🖤 2x Sherwin Williams RX Peel Bond primers (because one coat doesn’t cut it)
🖤 2x Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec satin top coats (sprayed, back-brushed, and sanded between each layer).

That’s 5 coats of pure dedication, sealed with a 20-year promise. What was once flaking and fading is now bold, sharp, and ready to shine for decades.

Our client’s ecstatic. The neighbors are jealous. And this bungalow? She’s officially back in her prime.

We looooove a natural brick, but sometimes painted brick can bring it all together. Since brick is extra porous, when it's left unpainted, dirt and debris tend to build up and create an unsightly mess. Painted brick is smooth, making it so much easier to power-wash and keep clean!
