Thanks to the continued long-standing and repeat business relationships created over the years, Jose Pando's son John and his wife Marion have been able to expand the company as PANDO FLOORING, opening the South Tampa showroom in 2003 to include a design and sales center along with a wide variety of other flooring types, as well as fine granite for custom counter installations. In our showroom, we have an array of ceramic, porcelain and glass tiles, marble, travertine, slate, tumbled stone, glass shower enclosures, mirrors, granite counter tops, stone and glass sink vessels, hardwood flooring (solid and engineered), laminate flooring, carpet (broadloom, tiles, or cut and bound), luxury vinyl tile, and other flooring products, accessories and setting materials. Customers may view and purchase selections for their flooring needs Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and on weekends by appointment.

Pando Flooring wants to thank Sandhoff Construction (check their website for some wonderful projects), especially David Sandhoff, for always trusting us in projects that are different or need some attention to detail!
This project was taking a plain 3 story focal wall in the stairwell and installing engineered wood floor on those vertical walls. It's amazing that such a simple detail of wood on the walls can make such a huge difference on the inside entry of this beautiful home! Being that this home is sitting right on the water, I will say that home is the best constructed home I have ever seen and Sandhoff Construction did a GREAT job!!! Thank you again for your confidence.

Thaxton residence have gone with the Hottest new trend in flooring: MetroFlor's Luxury Vinyl Flooring (LVT), this product wears great, is water proof, can be placed over some existing flooring, many colors to chose, and much more. This beautiful Moroccan Mosaic Tile adds a beautiful element rarely ever seen in Tampa. This beautiful detailed pattern posed some challenges, but all installed correct. Shower walls and floor are Bottocino marble with a liner "tile drain" on the shower floor. Thanks to the designer, Harrison, in beliving Pando Flooring could do the job right the first time.
