From demo to drywall.

Structural phase complete! Our remodel in Monte Carlo Towers has been fully gutted, reframed, roughed-in, insulated, and we’re now wrapping up drywall. The transformation is taking shape, and this high-end condo remodel is well on its way.

Next comes the precision work: bringing in high-end finishes, flooring, tile, and details that define the final space.
