Theodoros Bazakos has been following our page for a while, and when he saw us post about pastitsio on National Lasagna Day, he was inspired to have his Mom make us a whole tray of her famous homemade pastitsio.

Needless to say, we have left no evidence of this occurence (except for these photos). 😅 We are now all officially obsessed with Teddy B's Mom's pastitsio.

But here's the thing: we may be a humble little social media page that gets a lot of local attention, but the heart of what we do is share opportunities for our community to connect.

Thank you Teddy and thank you to everyone watching, participating, and trying out new places or longstanding legendary ones after seeing our videos and posts.

All journeys start somewhere ours was 4 years ago this week, in July 2022.
Steve, Dave, and I took a leap of faith and launched Home Team Services Group.

Like every new business, we didn’t have all the answers. What we did have was a shared belief that homeowners & property owners along with property managers deserved something different—a company they could trust to solve problems, bring the right people together, and truly become their “one call for all” with the directive for service-savings-solutions.

We started with a handful of trusted vendor partners and a vision.

Today, that vision has grown into three office locations in Tarpon Springs, Naples, and Melbourne, with more than 30 services under one umbrella, from project management and claim coordination to bid oversight and legal support for property owners and management companies.

But if I’m being honest, the numbers aren’t what I’m most proud of.

Two years ago, we lost Steve. He believed deeply in what we were building, and his passions along with his tenacity for customer service and VIP treatment no matter who the client was, his integrity, and vision still guide us every day.

We miss him so much but a part of him lives on in every project we complete and every relationship we build.

This past year alone, our team has had the privilege of managing several multi-million-dollar projects.

More importantly, we’ve earned the trust of incredible clients, vendor partners, and friends who continue to believe in us.

Businesses don’t grow because of logos or marketing.

They grow because people trust people.

To everyone who has given us an opportunity, referred us to someone else, partnered with us, or simply cheered us on over the past four years—Thank you.
