Re-Fizzing Policy:
Premier Line & Fizz-Its:
Everyone who purchases through a Bella Fizz representative knows that this is a surprise reveal jewelry company and we as representatives do not know what we will reveal before it is fizzed. We are not required to maintain a "treasure box" of any kind but some do, I am one who does. I do this because I want my customers to be happy with their purchase,
however, I cannot fizz everything trying to get that one item a customer may be looking for because it not only affects my income, it affects my inventory and ability to fizz for other customers. With that said, here is my policy on re-fizzing if a customer's first fizz is a duplicate, something they already have, or something they just aren't fond of. If after your first fizz is revealed, you don't want to keep it for whatever the reason, you will get to see what I have of the same size in my "treasure basket". If you don't find something, you like in those items we will drop another fizzy in the same size as the original fizz. After the second fizzy is revealed, you will then have the option of either keeping that fizzy or the original one that was fizzed. Specialty Lines (Hello Love, Treasured Emeralds, Infinite Faith, etc.):
There will be no re-fizzing of the Specialty Line rings, earrings or pendants unless the item is found to have a defect during or after the reveal. I appreciate everyone’s understanding the need to limit the number of times that I can re-fizz and also understand that is at my discretion if I choose to go against this policy and fizz more than one time for a customer.
