This was our biggest project that we accomplished this year!! Full Basement remodel for another Kim!! Complete demolition, including old electrical, outdated lights, and paneling. Repaired a crack in the wall that was leaking every time it rained. Relocated walls to increase the size of the space while leaving some walls to plan for phase 2. Updated all electrical including new can lights and proper outlets, updated all wall covering with new drywall and a fresh coat of paint, the ceiling is left open and painted black to make the space feel larger.
