Our favorite project of 2025 to kick off the year.
Designing and building this social area, with custom-made furniture, was one of our highlights.
The house originally didn’t have a living or dining room, so we decided to create this space for the family to enjoy and gather.
The challenge: integrate it into the addition of an old house, keeping continuity with the existing structure while adding a modern touch.

When we decided to give the restaurant a new life, we realized the logo no longer spoke the same language as us. It had completed its cycle.

The new vision asked for something more — a symbol that truly represents Ecuador, with all its richness — its regions, its flora, its fauna — and that vibrant mix that also lives in our food.

Every detail, from the space design to the branding, had one clear mission: to tell the story of Ecuador’s essence. 🇪🇨✨

This project came to life at the beginning of summer.
We had only five days —Monday to Friday— to completely transform a restaurant that was ready for a breath of fresh air.
It was an intense challenge, filled with quick decisions and deep conversations with our clients to understand the soul of the place: what should stay, what could change, and where we wanted to take it.

From the start, the mission was clear: bring freshness and harmony, because the space had too many elements and colors that didn’t speak to each other.
Five days later, the result was more than a renovation — it was new energy, a story that came back to life. 🌿✨

With this post, we wrap up the interior design, permits, and planning process for this nail salon.
It was a true challenge to bring all of our client’s needs into one cohesive space — creating a nail salon with purpose.

The concept focused on crafting an elegant, relaxing, and unisex atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable.
We loved paying attention to every detail: the manicure and pedicure areas, the waiting lounge, branding, and the mini café.

We’re excited to keep designing commercial spaces full of personality, identity, and functionality!

For this project, we were in charge of developing the construction plans required by the city to obtain the building permit 🏗️.
The first step was conducting a zoning study to ensure the proposed use complies with local regulations 📍.
We submitted both existing and proposed plans, detailing space layout, lighting design 💡, and ADA compliance ♿.
We also included all necessary construction details for installation of equipment ⚙️, as well as the layout of existing and new plumbing systems 🚰.
All measurements were clearly specified to ensure the contractor has no doubts during the construction process 📐.
