We are proud to present another beautiful design by Axis 3 Architects, set to be built in the Temecula valley. This Colonial & Federal style home has all the touches of modern living and holds true to some of the most iconic representations of early American architecture.

It was imperative from its inception that this project captured the character and vibe of Island Style living. Contemporary lines and materials that define Craftsman and Prairie styled homes helped reflect and meld the personal tastes of this family’s 3900 square foot custom residence. Nestled within the rolling hills of De Luz, it commands invigorating panoramic views towards the ocean and surrounding estates. The plan’s open configuration blurs the boundaries between its interior and exterior spaces on both sides towards the east and west, ideal for relaxation as well as entertainment. Its orientation and approach were carefully considered to be sensitive to its surroundings the and sun’s path during the day throughout the year. We’re excited to share its progress with you at this stage and we can’t wait to break ground.
